Maxlumina opens daily from 10am to 11pm. Admission includes unlimited access to all interactive challenges and entertainment venue zones. Last entry is 30 minutes before closing. Arrive early for game night events — spaces fill quickly.
Comfortable footwear is recommended. We provide lockers for bags and valuables. Outside food is not permitted, but our café serves snacks and drinks throughout your visit.
Respect the space and others — no running indoors, no flash photography during active games, and keep noise at a reasonable level so everyone enjoys their fun activities. Have fun, play fair, and help us keep Maxlumina great for all.
If a prize fails to arrive or arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we'll replace or redeliver it right away at no extra charge.
